• Room has a Murphy style bed that includes a premium queen size mattress (that roommate is more than welcome to use or I can put in storage) and the room has ample amount of storage with built in cabinets. The room does have its own full bathroom, (room include built in desk area) full access to co-living spaces. Rent includes wifi, tv subscriptions ( Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max.) The house is in a established quiet neighborhood located right off of the Miracle Mile district with many boutique stores, restaurants and bars. The home is 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms and only has room for a single roommate (no couples please.) Occasional visitors are welcome with advanced courtesy notice :) Security deposit of $1000 is due before move in date and the lease is flexible as it is month to month. Shared tandem parking, small low maintenance backyard with gazebo, fire pit, grill all of which roommate is more than welcome to use. The home has a washer & dryer. Unfortunately no pets will be allowed at the home as I have a small lovable Pug already. Yard maintenance is included. LGBTQ friendly. Rent is $1000 a month with split utilities ( Gas, Water and Electricity )
