The room is 10’x10’, and is perfect for a professional looking for a quiet and safe place to call home. The house is conveniently located just 18 minutes away from UCSD by car, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one female. The home features a full gym, central AC, and in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for storage. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances, cookware, and tableware.

Rent for the bedroom is $1,100 per month, with a security deposit of $1,100. Utilities are not included in the rent price and are on average $80 per month.
