females only for right now* In a culdesac, cute quaint house. Nice kitchen with granite countertops. New washer and dryer. Nice porch with patio furniture and large fans to enjoy. 2 couches and a futon in the living room area and a large tv. Large ceiling fans in the room and outside on the porch as well.

There is a warm and welcoming lady who’s room is next to the room for rent. You will share a bathroom with her. She stays busy and works a lot. We do have an efficiency on the outside property that is currently occupied until further notice. The efficiency has no access to the house. The laundry room is used by everyone on property and is included. Roommates usually only see each other in passing, because they enjoy their space. Therefore the house is overall so quite. Recently married so there is a male inside the house, but we stay on our side of the house. Only coming out for cooking.
