Nelson's room

The house is in Athmar Park, with natural light, a little escape with ample yard space. It has been recently refurbished with your own AC / heat control to provide a comfortable space, and its location is positioned close to parks, two lakes, restaurants, and markets. Also, just one mile away from Downtown Denver and has easy access to major highways, making commuting a breeze.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, large closet, smart TV, pull-out sofa, dresser, and a complete private bathroom to provide a comfortable and relaxing personal space.

The Washer / Dryer are in the house.

The sunroom area also has a kitchenette with a convection oven, air fryer, fridge, microwave, and essentials to prepare meals separate from the main kitchen. The main kitchen is assumed to be also shared. The backyard surrounding the space is rather large with room to garden and grill. Ceilings are low due to old Denver construction.

I’m a 30 year old engineer who mostly works from home. I’m a rather relaxed person who likes to live reasonably clean, be friends with housemates, and occasionally go out or host game nights. I’m respectful of people’s space and living habits and am pretty easy going. I’m generally a talkative introvert and I’m both 🏳️‍🌈 friendly &🍃 friendly.

I’m looking for roommates who are kind, clean, friendly, and down to earth. Would love to be friends with our them but at the very least just get along well!
