Quiet area. Older homes, older neighborhood at the end of a newer development. Small room. No wifi or cable available. Prefer an older Christian female, retired or disability is fine.

I am divorced, 59, no children in the area. I do not smoke or drink. I have a small dog that needs to become accustomed to anyone new. I live a quiet life with few visitors. I am a Christian and prefer a Christian tenant. I prefer a female but a male is ok if a good, decent, clean person. The cabinet featured in the room holds linens and will be removed. The air bed has never been used; can be removed if tenant prefers their own bed. A small fridge and freezer will soon be placed in room, as well as a microwave. The closet is ample size. Tenant is responsible for their own toiletries. The bed linens are clean and ready for tenant.
