I’m looking for a someone (preferably young professional) to sublease my master bedroom (with bathroom). This is a 3B2.5B house near DT Durham. Less than 15 minutes away from major companies like Cisco, Fidelity, IBM, Lenovo, Biogen, etc etc. You will share this 3 bedroom house with one other young professional, and will have your own bathroom (and master bedroom of course) end date is negotiable, but prefer beginning of July. Preferably no pets

Un-furnished room or can be furnished + private bath, full kitchen, private living space, and high-speed internet in Durham. Rent includes high-speed internet, parking, power, and water. House is an efficient type, ideal for those who prefer to live/work in private without interaction with others.

Terms Credit score: 700 or higher Lease: Minimum stay of 6 months and (non-violent) background record. Please no pets, no drugs, the occasional overnight guests ok, one vehicle only, non smokers/non-vapers. Sorry, no couples.
