Amanda's room

This is a two bedroom apartment in a quiet complex. There is a fireplace in the living room. It is on the second floor with a balcony. You will have your own room with a queen size bed and a large closet.

You will be sharing the flat with me. I am a 48-year-old professional. There is a tennis court and pool here. The laundry is on sight, but not in the unit. I get up at 6 am during the week, and I am usually in bed by 9 pm during the week. I am a light sleeper, so I would like quiet in the apartment after 9 pm. I usually have some drinks on the weekends. I smoke outside on the patio. I have two wonderful cats that live in the space as well - so, unfortunately, I can’t accept pets. I’m an artistic type, so I’m kind of a cluttery person. We would have to come up with a solution for cleaning - whether we have a designated day or we hire someone to do it. I would prefer to start with a one month sublet to see that we are compatible as roomies, then discuss a longer term. If we decide to go longer term, you would have to fill out an application with the apartment complex, but the rate a deposit would stay the same.
