I have a room available with its own bathroom. Bills included are Water, electricity, and Internet.

Additional info about the house includes the following. The kitchen is already equipped. Living room with TV and internet. Washer/dryer. Small intex pool in the backyard with a fire pit and grill. Large backyard in a cul-de-sac.

I am clean and easygoing. I work most days of the week in the office so the house is quiet the majority of the time. I like cars and scuba diving. Continually do updates/projects around the house.
