About the room
Looking for 1 male roommate for July ‘23-summer ‘24!!! I currently have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house fully furnished and need one roommate to replace my current one who is moving out. You would be responsible for your own bedroom furniture. Total rent is $1,035 which would be split in half. Utilities haven’t gone above $300 a month, so overall that’s around $665 a person. About the roomies
It would just be 2 guys with the bonus room being the study/hangout room. I’m very clean, have a super sweet cat, and an independent at heart!
