About 15 min from both Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. Bedrooms are upstairs. No a/c or heat in rooms (gets hot in the summer). Plenty of parking on the street. No smoking or drugs. In the other room, will be my Mom and myself. We are usually home as Mom is retired and has limitations on walking. I too am home most of the time (work from home) because I am a dialysis patient who treats 4/wk at home. We are downstairs all day and only go upstairs to sleep at night. Bilingual, English and Spanish, Catholic.
