Corrin's room

This is a wonder apartment with a full kitchen 1 bath shared between 4 people! 2 rooms are still up for grabs! The small room is on the main floor with the kitchen and living room there is a second closet in the hallway for you to add addional storage!This room will be $750 a month, some utilites are included with rent. You will be responible for electric($100 this is a ballpark and maybe lower or higher depending on time of year) and internet($10). The medium sized room is also open and will be $900 a month plus above utlites. The difference in room size is noticable so the more space you have the more you pay its only far. We have the end unit, so tons of windows and light coming into the living room! The bathroom is of decent size not cramped at all. This is a year long lease with first and last months rent up front. There will also be a roomate agreement to keep the peace and make sure eveyone is pulling their weight in the house!

Mu name is Corrin! I’m a full time chef in dover and durham. Yes I can make you some awesome snack and am happy to teach! I have two snuggle bugs for cats lana and archer they will definitely want to cuddle with you lol! I’m 24 years of age with a very relaxed/layed additude. Justine is 23 years old and drive the UNH buses around durham! She’s very relaxed and layed back as well. She enjoys live local music and caring for plants! We would really like to have people in the house that get to know eachother lets not be strangers lol. This is not a party house by any means! We enjoy the quite and so do my cats, they get scared very easily. Friends and partners are perfectly fine to come over but must respect house rule which will be decide once we all get together and figure out if are personality mix well. We want a peaceful and relaxed house no crazy fighting or additudes! We do not do dogs my cats do not like them. Everyone has bad days but lets not make everyday a bad day. Plus can’t a bottle of wine or liquor of choice solve anything!
