Rhiannon's room

There are two rooms available. The U of O campus is super walkable as well as some stores. The house is two stories with two rooms per floor. The available rooms are on the second floor. One room is $570 and the other is $560 Each floor has its own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and lots of storage space if needed. We are looking for someone tidy and responsible i.e. clean up after yourself and respect other’s belongings. There is regular contact with the landlord and any necessary maintenance is handled quickly.

I am 19f and the other roommate is 30m. We work full time with different schedules but try to keep the noise level to a minimum from 10pm to 8am. There is one dog in the house but there are no other pets allowed. We strongly value communication not just to solve problems but to also help prevent them.
