The property is located in a very accessible area in Las Vegas. There are markets and parks nearby as well as the airport, hospitals, and a mall. There are two rooms available, one is upstairs and has a closet with a shared bathroom. The other is downstairs with no closet but has a semi-private bathroom. The yard has a non-functional pool but once it becomes functional it will be open to use.
Iām a full-time EMT and Paramedic student. Iām also a musician and I welcome artists/creatives. Iām very busy and mostly keep to myself but Iām very friendly. Iām usually out of the house and I have a dog that stays at the house, but my partner is around the majority of the time to take care of it. I am sober so drugs/alcohol is not allowed in the house (including marijuana). My roommate works from home and is very quiet. He keeps to himself as well but is super kind.
