The apartment itself has in-unit washer and dryers, central AC, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and valet trash services. It’s a pet friendly building. The room is quite spacious, able to fit a queen size bed, desk, and extra furniture. The main space is already furnished.

I am a resident working at LAC+USC hospital. As far as me as a roommate, I’m respectful, quiet, and very clean. As far as what I am looking for in a roommate is someone who is clean and ideally doesn’t smoke.
