Martha's room

Manufactured home, room is 12’6“ x 11’4“ with walk in closet, shared bath with 2 other rooms, completely unfurnished. This is my personal home, I have 3 friendly dogs, property is on 1.5 acres out in the country, but not too far in. Property is fenced and gated, neighbors throw parties every once in a while. Otherwise it’s quiet. One person lives in an RV right next to the home. Toll 130, toll-45, FM 973 are less than 10 minutes away. You get great views and the largest sky on your way here. Kitchen, living room, washer and dryer are available.

I come from a big family and this is our meeting spot most of the time so family comes over about once a week maybe. I am a college graduate and currently just working and going out. Don’t really drink at home, and don’t smoke at all. I love to cook so you’ll catch me in the kitchen with my mess. I have 3 dogs, one is still a puppy. They are very friendly and well behaved (except the puppy, still in training). They prefer the outdoors and live outside freely. My roommate is a Hispanic 40-50 yr old who works every day and only gets home to sleep. He doesn’t say much and has no bad habits. If he’s home he’ll be in his room. The person living in the RV is in his 60’s, works and goes out. Doesn’t say much either.
