I live in a first floor 2 bed 2 bath unit in the Regalia Bella Terra Apartment, a gated community near Costco and I-10. You can go to the following website to check out the apartment and its amenities: regaliabellaterra.com The apartment will give your keys for the gate and mail box after running the background check with $50 application fee. The room is furnished with a desk, a cabinet, a full-size memory foam bed, and a chair. The unit has a laundry room as shown on the floor plan and is located right next to the lobby, pool, fitness center, and mail box. I have the lease contract until mid August, but a shorter term lease is also acceptable. The room rent includes $43 valet trash service and pest control fee. Also, I will cover the renters insurance cost. If you wish to have coverages for your personal properties, you can increase the coverage and split the cost. Water, electricity, and internet will be split 50/50.

There are two cats, so I’m hoping to find someone who is okay with cats. I work from home and stay home mostly. I would prefer a roommate who is friendly and clean.
