This townhouse community is in a beautiful, quiet, and central location in the Glen Allen area. It’s about 20 minutes from Short Pump and from downtown Richmond and about 10 minutes from Libbie Mill. There is shopping right across the street (Kroger, Target, Food Lion, etc…).

Your room would be the 2nd bedroom in the house. Most homes in this community have 3 bedrooms (one master and 2 smaller bedrooms), but the original owner converted the 2 smaller bedrooms into one large bedroom, which would be your room.

There are two bathrooms in the house, but only one of them is a full bathroom (with shower), so bathrooms are shared, but I promise that it is not difficult to share a bathroom with me!

The backyard is pretty small, but it is fenced in with enough space for a dog. There is also a nice porch and my little gardens spread around.

The house, apart from your bedroom, is fully furnished, so no need to bring living room furniture, etc…, although I’d be willing to discuss that with you if you’d like to bring your own living room furniture. You’d have ample storage space in the pantry, fridge and freezer, cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom, and laundry room.

This is really a great place to live! I’ve owned this property for almost 6 years, and I’ve loved living here.

You’d be sharing the home with me (I’m a 32-year-old professional woman) and my dog (a 2-year-old retriever mix named Caspian). I work full time outside of the home. I spend most of my time at home when I’m not working; I work on schoolwork (I attend online school part time), read, listen to music and audiobooks, take care of my plants, and take my dog for walks every couple of hours. I’m looking for a roommate who’d be happy keeping things pretty quiet and low-key at home, and who gets along well with both me and Caspian.
