Hi! Was very hesitant on doing this but am now opening up this interest post for an extra room I have available in my house. See ‘about the roomies’ section for things about myself.

While the pictures I will attempt to provide up here are areas fully accessible (which is basically the whole house minus one of the upstairs rooms and the master room i stay in), i do have a media room where there is sound system set up and TV/gaming systems. You would be welcome to utilize this room when not in use and can use any of the systems so long as nothing is removed from the room. Also the bedroom up for rent is furnished with a bed, a small bookcase/shelf and a mini refrigerator.

Utilities ARE included in the price of rent. This house does have a solar system installed on the roof.

A FEW HOUSEKEEPING RULES: As my work and other ventures tends to take me away from the house every now and then, whoever is chosen to stay here would need to follow a few simple rules:

-PLEASE BE CLEAN. Clean any dishes you use and just make sure to clean up behind yourself, in general. -No smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke outside. -ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG USE OF ANY SORT. Please just don’t do it. -If company is coming over just give me a heads up ahead of time. Of course, i will extend the same courtesy to you.

Please note because I am extending this room to a potential person I do not know, a background check will need to conducted prior to move in.

I am the only one in this house and my personality/preferences are below. I am currently looking for one additional person for an extra room I have available.

-I am a ‘selective’ introvert. Once I am comfortable around a person, I love to talk, especially about subjects that may interest me -While I am not a partier, i do like laid back gatherings at the house and/or going out to functions with a small group of people -Thrill seeker. LOVE amusement parks and other thrill seeking activities. -I LOVE to travel! -I am a huge fan of Japan and Japanese culture. I am both studying Japanese right now and love Japanese animation (anime). HUGE plus if you also have interest. -IT professional -Musician (play trombone) and photographer (both casual and cosplay photographer)
