About the space - The refinished space in the basement has a brand new floor, freshly painted walls and closets, new closet doors, ceiling panels and lights. The room is L-shaped, approximately 15’ x 20’ on its longest sides, with two closets and baseboard heating.

What’s included - Full sized bed, nightstand with lamp, and a six drawer dresser. All utilities (heat, water, electricity, WiFi, trash/recycling, shared household supplies) and a Honeywell HEPA Air Purifier for the space. There is shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Regular parking is available on-street in front of the house, and a space in the driveway during snow storms/parking bans.

The neighborhood is a cute 0.5 mile loop, just off Forest Avenue near Moran’s Market in Portland. The Hannaford grocery store is less than a mile away, and on the No. 2 bus line.

About me - I’m an early-forties female professional with a 7yo dog.

Ideal Housemate - Over 35yo, one person, COVID/Flu and general health conscious, non-smoker, clean, respectful and friendly, gainfully employed, and must like dogs. Sorry, no other pets.
