Great area, park directly across the street from my home. My home is clean comfortable, you’d have your own room. I2 bathrooms so you’d have your own. The area is close to food, parks, plenty of grocery stores, Public transit. It’s got about everything

I live here alone with my 2 dogs. 1 cat. All are friendly sweet critters. All are well behaved and trained. My hound dog does “alert” for ups or anything he finds suspicious lol. He’s playful but a good guard dog. Loves to snuggle mostly
