I have furnished private room for rent for $500 including all utilities and high speed internet ( 1000 Mbps). I live in 2 bedrooms townhouse with furnished basement, there is washer and dryer in the basement. The room is furnished but could remove the furniture. Looking for some one who is quite, clean, easy going and trustworthy. I work from home and need quite environment, that’s why I’m dropping the rent lower than comparable rooms in the area. I will have month to month lease, you can leave anytime with just one month advanced notice. Payment due include first month plus 1month deposit so total $1000 to move in. I’m young professional male who is easy going, quite, educated and trustworthy, I have PhD in engineering and work for OEM company. I’m the only one living in the Townhouse. No drugs, no smoking or heavy drinking please. pets are ok but limited to one per the association rules. I recently had neck fusion surgery and having a bumpy recovery, so if someone is welling to help with cleaning and cooking, I will drop the rent significantly in exchange.
