China's room

My two roommates and I are looking for someone to fill our fourth bedroom from May 1 - Aug 31, 2023, with the option to renew. The bedroom will be semi- unfurnished as it comes with an AC unit (at no cost), and a very lightly used, like-new mattress and bed frame for purchase. Rent is $850 + utilities (roughly $50). It is walking distance to bars, gyms, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.

We are three women in our mid 20s and have a puppy. Please note the dog is not hypoallergenic. We usually do our own thing on the weekends but hangout in the living-room every night during the week. We are young professionals so we’d ideally want someone with a similar work schedule.
