SEEKING: a short term female tenant for the month of August! Available July 22 - August 31

Hi there! We are a married couple in our late 20s looking to host a tenant in our 5 bedroom home. We live with 2 female roommates all who are quiet, respectful, and mostly out of the house working. We are right off of the Oso exit which is very convenient for hopping on and off the 5 freeway! The house is almost 3000sqf and features abundant street parking, in-home laundry room, kitchen access, a family room space with a TV, and a backyard with beautiful hilltop/sunset views. No smoking, drugs or overnight guests please. We value keeping a clean and peaceful home and hope to live with people who feel the same way. Two cats also make this house a home so please no pets or allergy sufferers!

Security deposit: $500 Rent: $1400 total (utilities included)
