Hi! We are a young married couple looking for two female roommates to move into our 5 bedroom home in Mission Viejo. We are right off of the Oso exit which is very convenient for hopping on and off the 5 freeway! You will have full use of the almost 3000sf, spacious, updated house including driveway parking, laundry room, 2 refrigerators, separate living and family room spaces each with a TV. There is a large backyard with hilltop/sunset views, firepit and volleyball court. Access to Lake Mission Viejo included. No smoking, drugs or overnight guests please. We value keeping a clean and peaceful home and hope to live with people who feel the same way! Two cats also make this house a home so no pets or allergy sufferers please.

We have a downstairs private bedroom and bathroom available for $1550, and an upstairs bedroom and shared bathroom for $1150 (utilities included in price) with move in dates starting April 1st Downstairs and asap for upstairs.
