Hi there! We are a married couple in our late 20s looking to host a tenant in our 5 bedroom home. We live with 3 female roommates all who are quiet, respectful, and mostly out of the house working. We are right off of the Oso exit which is very convenient for hopping on and off the 5 freeway! The house is almost 3000sqf and features abundant street parking, in-home laundry room, kitchen access, a family room space with a TV, and a backyard with beautiful hilltop/sunset views. Access to Lake Mission Viejo can be included for longer term guests. No smoking, drugs or overnight guests please. We value keeping a clean and peaceful home and hope to live with people who feel the same way. Two cats also make this house a home so please no pets or allergy sufferers! A bit about us: We (Lauren & Lucas) both work full time, are involved in our church and value staying healthy! Our other roommates are all quiet, clean and mostly keep to themselves in their downtime to recharge.
