Sara's room

Unfurnished private bedroom with its own bathroom. Living room space will be sharing with home owner, but i rarely watch t.v. or even spend time in the living room.

Preferably non-cooking

I am a 47years old woman living in this property with 2 dogs, which is separated from the living room and the room that i am renting out, so pretty much you’ll have your own quiet space. I do not do much, just work early in the morning and pretty much home most of the time!
