Kira's room

It’s a large house split into two levels and I’m on the top, with the main entrance, garage, mud room, backyard space with a dog door, and private 500 sq ft deck facing Mount Hood. Laundry is the only shared space with the neighbor downstairs. We have a long driveway with parking in the garage, in front of the garage and on the street. Rent would be $1100 each, we each have our own bedroom and I’m thinking we could share the 3rd as a workout room/office space. The place is super nice with vaulted ceilings, hard wood throughout, tons of natural light, a beautiful bathroom with skylight and efficient heating/cooling in each room.

I’m a 28 year old female with a very busy job in sales, work full time in office and am typically gone by seven o’clock and home after five. I’d love to find someone who is also in a professional place in their career and in a bit of a routine. If you work from home I’d be happy to pay more in rent if you’re open to taking my dog out a couple times a day. She’s extremely sweet, very low maintenance and loves to cuddle. Her name is Pepper and she’s a 2 year old Cavapoo. Not a barker, hypoallergenic, and everyone who meets her absolutely loves her. I could be open to another pet if it’s a good fit but only smaller dogs as mine is only 10 lbs and very scared of big dogs.

I have lived in Portland since 2016 and like to grab dinner & drinks with friends, workout, do yoga, all the normal things. I keep a clean house and work quite a bit so I’d like to make sure our space is a clean and peaceful place to hangout. I’d love to find someone similar in age and lifestyle, and that I enjoy spending time around! Let me know if you’re interested and what your timeline looks like! The first three pictures are from today, the rest are from when it was vacant, I moved in December 17th with my boyfriend but he will be moving out asap so his room and the extra room will be vacant.
