Rent for the room is roughly $790 and includes gas. Water and sewage vary monthly and are paid through the apartment complex, and electricity is paid through a third party company.

About the roomies
Sidney is a 21 yo full time preschool teacher. Camila is a 20 yo part time college student. Ella and Harley are the resident friendly cats :)
Both roommates are welcoming, honest, and responsible, and are looking for the same. Pets welcome- please no dogs, and be aware that there are already two cats in the home. (There is a $350 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent).
We love to entertain and have friends over, so please be aware of this coming in.
