Private room for rent for one person. Not appropriate for people who work from home or are retired . (It would become a bit stifling)You would be the only tenant. Beautiful home in a beautiful elegant town with a lovely large garden. I have a massive poodle mutt so no pets please. Must love dogs. Cohasset has a beach and a huge park with trails, an art center, the music circus, a town pool, and a train to Boston. Next door Hingham has a ferry into town.
I am generally the only person home, although my daughter who lives in Europe visits several times per year. We have one more tenant, a very intelligent world traveler and athlete. I am 65, from a family of artists ,polite, educated, easy going ,kind and respectful. No drugs please, including Cannabis. The atmosphere is more Like an extended B and B than just a room rental.
