1 person living inside the property, kept clean daily, daily vacuuming, sweeping, wiping, cooking, watching tv, sleeping, showering. I am gone from time to time but I do rest and sleep here unless stated otherwise. The outside neighbors keep to themselves, the property is quiet. You are allowed to lounge near the pool/jacuzzi as well as go into the gym area to workout. There is a balcony here. No smoking, light drinking, no drugs. I will be screening ppl I like based on conversation and profile.
