House has two bedrooms upstairs that are available. There is a shared bathroom and laundry room space that has washer and dryer. Currently no kitchen table but we are working on finding one. I am picky haha. Living room has a tv that can be shared by all. Home is close to oit and bus lines. There is a small backyard that we have a garden growing in every summer. You are welcome to plant your own plants. There’s a fire out in the back as well that everyone is able to utilize. There will be 4 cats living in this space. Sorry we can not accept any new animals because of this. Cats are cleaned weekly and they have auto litter boxes so they are not messy. They might ask you for pets every now and then tho. We are currently in the process of adding to the cardio so they can be outside a little more.

I am renting from my parents and am solely responsible for rent. I am subleasing these rooms. I will be living with my boyfriend and we are pretty quiet and very clean. We occupy the lower level room. We both game and sometimes have guests over. We both work and are gone most of the day.
