Live in a recently renovated West Bloomington townhouse that is clean and located in a safe, quiet, neighborhood with access to a bus route 1-block away.

This is a no smoking home.

Your private space includes a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The space has a patio door that leads to a cement patio. Also included is a parking space inside the garage – no off-street parking. The kitchen and laundry areas are shared spaces. In addition to rent, you’ll be responsible for 40% of the utilities (wireless internet, electric, gas, and City water/sewer). During calendar year2022, the 40% share of utilities averaged about $95/month with a high of $125.00 (January) and a low of $60.00 (June). If you’re interested in sharing my TV streaming service (Fubo TV), that would be an additional $30.00 per month.

You would need to pass a credit and background check.

I’m the only person living in the town house. I’m a 63-year-old professional that works as an operations manager for a large area bank and have worked for them for 18-years. Currently, I’m working 3-days from home and 2-days in the office, which is located in downtown Minneapolis.
