North Vancouver Avenue

It’s a decent size, 110+ year old house with tons of character. The room can be furnished or not if you’d rather bring your own furniture. There’s a big kitchen, only one bathroom with a claw foot tub (but there’s a random emergency toilet in the basement), washing machine and dryer, and central air conditioning. Super close to shops, restaurants, bars, music venues, public transportation, a hospital, a park, and in walking distance to Mississippi. Just on the other side of the 405 bridge from downtown.

I work from home, so I’m home a lot. I’m a creative artistic and scientific type. I’m liberal, easygoing, and honestly somewhat messy, but I am working on it! I have a 5 year old pug, a 12 year old persian cat, and a 9 year old exotic shorthair. My pug can be a real pain in the ass but he’s also super loving and cuddly, so you must love weird and annoying pugs. I have a 13 year old boy that is usually gone at school or wrestling practices and tournaments. I have a 16 year old trans boy that is an introvert and is with me for a week on and a week off. They are both introverted, polite, and mature.
