Game room, Washer and Dryer in garage for use. Wifi, heat, water, trash services, pool, and parking included in rent. Must love dogs but not have any pets. 59 year old male with private entrance and living space, but uses some common areas. 43 year old female with private room and bath and owner of a frechie/old english bull dog who loves everyone. Looking for one person with no kids or pets who wants to rent a room with all expenses included in cost of rent. Has open access to game room laundry area and communal living space.
