Which means about 10 minutes to the GG bridge.

Six month old rescue kitten and his older sister (She’s Two) live here. They are indoor/outdoor kitties. Sorry but no pets at this time.

The bills are split four ways and are $65 each for static bills that are Cable/internet/garbage. We split PGE, water, four ways which equals about $40 each per month per person. We just installed solar panels so the PGE dropped significantly.

We feel the best fit would be if you were respectful, communicative and have done experience with communal living. Also, it would be preferred if you did not work from home.

I’m 50, male. I teach emergency medicine and work from home a few days a week. I occasionally work on a contractual basis overseas teaching emergency medicine or as a tactical medic. I bike, surf, rock climb, play tennis, chill, and always up for random fun. I’ve had all ages and sexes living here over the last twelve years. I have a great relationship with the owner and this place is not going anywhere anytime soon.
