Common spaces are already furnished and all appliances are new and provided, including washer/dryer! Room and closet are good size and bathroom is shared with one roommate. We also have a private study room/office! There is a cat in the home and pets are allowed with landlord approval. Home is 15 minutes from UCO campus and 15 minutes from Downtown OKC! Lease to last through the end of June with the option for renewal. Lease is through Luxe Properties.

I have a sweet and pretty chill cat. I work two jobs and I am a senior Political Science major at UCO. When I’m not working or in class, I can be a homebody but I do like to go out and have fun as well! I’m pretty relaxed, non-confrontational, and easy to get along with. The other roommate is a junior Speech Pathology major at UCO and works part-time. She is super outgoing and easy to get along with as well!
