Home is in a very quiet neighborhood Off college and 76, close to base and a lot of shopping areas near by!

First room is down stairs with its own private bathroom $1,800- includes utilities.

• the second bedroom is upstairs private room with shared bathroom $1,600 a month including utilities. Full use of washer and dryer and kitchen.

Will request references and will run a background check! $50 non refundable. Please be working full time out of the home.

I am a single mom with an adult son in the home he’s 19 and goes to school full time. My daughter is 12 and I share custody. She’s only home mon- fri. Home is very quiet we have a set schedule we stick to. Hardly home on weekends. Very clean please be the same.
