About the room
Hello! We have an unfurnised master room available in a townhome in Oceanside, CA. Available as early as February 1st. Rent is $1400 without utilities and can be rented out individually or as a couple. Message me for details, I could also send you a video of the whole place.
The master has an attached bathroom and walk in closet.
The landlord does not allow pets.
there will be an application fee of $52 to be put onto the lease, so must have good credit and proof of stable income.
This is for a minimum stay of 1 year. Please message me if interested.
About the roomies
You’d be sharing the home with two other adults (male&female) and a child. This is in Oceanside, CA 92057.
We are hard working people, so we mainly are at work and once we come home we cook and relax with some tv/games. We love having game nights!
