Jonathan's room

This is a fully furnished room in a family home located in a good neighborhood. The room for rent is located on the main level along with the kitchen and family room. Washer and dryer are available in the home located in the basement. The residence is close to major highway and the light rail is located directly in back of the home for easy access to many locations including downtown.

I have been renting rooms out in my home for a couple years now and it has been going very well. I do reside in the home downstairs in my finished basement. I work full-time in law enforcement and when I’m not at work, I am at the gym, outdoors or traveling. My daughter lives in the home and she works full-time and goes to college for nursing. I also have another roommate and she works full-time in the restaurant industry. Everyone that lives in the home is respectful of everybody’s privacy and we keep our house clean and tidy. All rooms have their separate door locks for extra privacy and security.
