This comfortable and quiet Condo is well situated near plenty of shopping, entertainment and restaurantw&ichs. We’re 5 minutes from the Aurora Mall which has many stores and eating establishments. There is also a major movie theater as part of the complex.
The condo also has EZ access to light rail and bus system as well as to the Denver Interstate system making it easy to get around the metroplex and to get out to enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains. And when you come home you will appreciate that you have your own assigned parking space.

I am the only other person who lives in the condo and I’m an easy going, easy to get along with guy. I work as a hospice chaplain so I am accustomed to being flexible. I am looking for the same in a roommate.
