I live on property, the house is Large. It has (3) side by side refrigerators. Plenty of parking, horse stables, living room dining room, “ Pool table room. Your own “ private bedroom & bathroom with shower. Every room in house has its own bathroom. Your bedroom has a great queen bed ( top of the line and sectional couch and Armoire and walk in closet. If you work a lot, and not at house then the elect will be divided in 1/4 of bill. 25.00 for dumpster, no water bill, no gas bill. I smoke and its ok if you smoke in den area only as it is ventilated. No smoking in your bedroom or or in any other parts of house, or you can smoke out side. Large 1,000 sq foot patio, that is enclosed. I have a Inground Pool that is being worked on, & a Pool Table.

Looking for permanent roommate. I live alone, 65 yrs old, play pool most every day, I have not been sick in 30 years. There are days I feel like crud, form being up all night. I do not drink, only once is a blue moon. I am Jab free & I Never got the Jab. If your paranoid about the Jab, and you wear a mask, you are not the right roommate for me. I think it is all BS for money. I am a night owl, on phone a lot, and on line a lot. Politics I am involved in and other interests. If your not, then it is ok. I am a retired Musician and Business owner. There is internet and slow as heck, or you can get your own, as T mobile has Tethering, to a computer, at fifty bucks a month for 100 gigabytes. It is Great! I use T Mobile and other. I cook, order out, eat out at times But would rather eat at home. I have a Chihuahua over a year old. If your scared of dogs, then your not a room mate for me. The area where I live is peaceful. When I meet you if my dog wants to bite you then it will not work. I am working on house and property now. A man room mate to pitch in to help on property, reduces the rent down to 1,000 per month. If you drink alcohol its ok, as long as its not excessive & what I mean is daily. If your a cowboy that is even better, as You can bring a horse, as I have stables. Keep your room clean, and keep a clothes basket in your room. I have a washer and dryer and I will wash all clothes. If you have a RV Bring it too. I have 4 acres to put it on. Plenty of Parking. I have a water well, as there in no water bills. There is a dumpster and its 60.00 per month, and we can split that. The elect runs from 34.00 a month to 280.00 Max, unless the pool pump is running. It can run to 350, to 400.00. what ever the electric is, we will split it, and the bill will be shown to you monthly.
