Learrah's room

Located on the cusp of Newport and Costa Mesa, this modern apartment features two rooms (opposite sides of the apartment) each complemented with its own bathroom, air conditioning unit, and two spacious closets. The room and apartment has digital locks for private, yet easy access.

The apartment is shared with a couple who is sweet, outgoing, and generally quiet. There is a full kitchen, fireplace, living room, and a large balcony that are free to use.

The complex has a plethora of amenities including sports courts, bbq courtyards, a 24-hour gym, pools, jacuzzis, and a trash shoot.

Reserved garage parking space is also included for a small fee. The entire complex is gated and the entrance to the apartment is easily accessible.

Learrah and Jonathan are two very fun people. Both love music, fashion, and has a cat (he’s very friendly and hypoallergenic).

Jonathan makes a living as a manager at a friendly local convenience store, while Learrah works as a Behavioral Health Professional.

They have had this fully furnished (except room) apartment for about three months and are very adamant about paying on time (by the 21st of each month).

They hope to find a great roommate who doesn’t mind cats (or may have one), is responsible, and doesn’t do drugs (vape is okay).
