It’s a fantastic place, right on the beach, amazing views and sunsets, Imagine waking up every morning to the whole beach in front of you. Beach views extending through out entire apartment.
community and neighbors are super chill and awesome.
Walking distance to anything you need! South shore center in literally 5 minute walk away. Trader Joe’s, Safeway, loads of restaurants, Tesla supercharger, Post office, office max, all major banks. You really don’t need a car here.
Bicycle lanes everywhere, parks and lakes all around. *Also leaving 2 bicycles!
And of course the best beach in the bay !
This is a 1bd 1 bath 850sf apartment. Full bathroom with tub. Outfitted kitchen, and great furniture. The bed is the most comfortable thing you’ve ever slept on, 2500$ memory foam adjustable bed. Flat screen tv and sound bar. DSL internet, trash and water included!
1 covered parking spot included as well. Laundry room in building.
No smoking of any kind in the apartment or on the premises.
