The space for rent includes private room with sliding door to the backyard and includes a small private bathroom attached to the room. The house is 3/3 with indoor laundry, exercise room, plant room, art room in addition to spacious main living areas. Circular driveway parking, garage for some storage, and a big lovely yard I landscaped myself. Outdoor amenities include fruit trees, organic garden, hot tub, firepit and more. Located near shopping at AG/GB border. Room can be furnished if you prefer. No pets allowed as we already have enough. I am only interested in rooming with folks that are women or identify within the LGBTQ+ community. This room is for single occupancy only. 15 mins to SLO, 20 to SM; just a few blocks from 101. Utilities will be split and your share would be 40%.

My job (nonprofit contract manager) is permanent remote so I am typically home a lot. As a friendly person, I would enjoy a roomie that likes to chat and participate in household matters, and hopefully shares common interests. I am tidy and need at least a few hours of quiet each day. (from TV, music, fans, etc.) My landlord requires proof of income and credit score for any potential roommates.
