Shoes off family owned home in Hillman City of South East Seattle! HUGE yard. Nice deck on the side of the house. Parking in front or gated driveway. Ductless heating in cooling in the dining, living and master bedroom. The property has one long term downstairs neighbor in their totally separate unit who is quiet and works from home and detached garage office space that is also occupied a couple times a week. Your part of the house is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet and the loft bedroom is upstairs with a pitched ceiling with space heater and ac. Both of these room are available to rent for travel nurses, other professionals, students, or anyone looking for mid term rentals for 6 month to 9 month max terms. We, the owners have the 3rd room as storage and as a landing pad when we are in town. We are looking for someone clean, quiet, communicative, responsible, easy going who can pass a background check. Please no furry friends, we love them but have allergies so we cannot accept pets even though we love them. Third room is for us when we are in town and as of right now both rooms are up for rent. Loft is 1150 and master bedroom is 1350. Whole house rental at $2500 for the two rooms. We are a couple living in California and renting our furnished home in Seattle out. We love to travel, have a pet parrot and love eating out, cooking, dancing and sometimes come back to Seattle for work or to spend time with friends or family. Be our guest!
