South 30th Street

I have 1 room for rent in a 1,841 SF home. The home is located in a nice, quiet gated community located at a golf resort. It’s a great location close to South Mountain hiking, parks, restaurants & shopping. The home has a nice backyard, with a private hot tub to enjoy. The HOA provides a well-kept community pool available for use.

The room is $775 per month, plus your share of the utilities. 6 month lease is required to rent room. I’m looking to have the tenant sign a 6 month lease. Please be able to show proof of employment (several previous pay statements) as well as a credit & background check. I’m not looking to have pets in the home. I’m a working professional in my late 20’s. I own the home and will be living in the 4th bedroom. I’m very laid-back and easy to get along with.

There are various amenities within the Legacy Golf Resort Community: pool, golfing, hiking/biking/walking trails, mountain views, beautiful sunsets.

Currently I have one travel nurse and another young working professional (he works nights, so you’ll likely not interact with him) in the home along with myself. We are all young adult, easy to get along with and respectful of each other.
