You will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom in a new two-story house.

Your room and your bathrooms are located Downstairs. Also, downstairs is the kitchen and living room and there are two bedrooms upstairs than my current roommate and I each have one of them.

And your shared bathroom is downstairs. The downstairs bathroom is shared with my guest and me (only for toilet) and the shower area is yours only.

There is nice and big swimming pool, with showers and a very safe neighborhood for your evening walk.

Prefer +30 years old, as I am 44 years old (male), and my roommate is 65 years old (male).

All utilities, Wi-Fi, etc. are included ($0)

There will be a background and credit check through Smartmove.com website before seeing the place.

There is easy access to Highway 99 and I-5. It’s close to downtown Sacramento, 15 minutes drive and Airport 10 minutes.

You will have many restaurants, shopping center, fast foods places within 10 minutes drive

Kitchen: Dishwasher, Microwave, stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, slow cooker

You will have access to House club with your own keyfob (fusball table, pool table, resting area, etc), a very nice swimming pool, tennis tables, and grill and there is a park only a couple of blocks way for your morning jog, evening walk, biking, etc.

There will be a screening before seeing the place through the website Smartmove.com for background and credit check. I am not too concern about your credit score, however, “eviction” won’t be accepted.

I am a transportation engineer work for the state, 44 years old (male) and my current roommate (Buddy) is 65 and works part time in Quality Control in a factory. we both go to bed early 8 pm. so, we have quite time form 8 pm to 6 am. also, no guest and parties.
