Seeking a Female Roommate in Golden to rent a fully furnished bedroom with bathroom. I have a four bedroom home, in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood in Golden with close access to the light rail. A neighborhood pool is around the corner and accessible to residents during the summer months as an added bonus.

$700/mo includes all extra expenses such as electric, water, cable, clothes washer and dryer, and WiFi. Shared living spaces include a beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen, back porch, and parking space in the driveway. Renter will have access to their own bathroom.

I am a single mom of 3 kids, two of whom are with me every other week (12 and 16yrs). We have a hypoallergenic cat, a bird, 2 gerbils and a lizard. Only hypoallergenic animals will be considered due to my daughters asthma and allergies. Animals will require an extra $50/month animal fee.

Smoking and 420 friendly… However, smoking is allowed on the back porch ONLY.

I am looking to sign on a year long lease with month to month after that. First month, last month, and security deposit required. You must have good rental referrals and rental history.
