It’s a 55 and older 2 br community Mobile home , clubhouse and pool ,im very very easy going , I live and let live ,if u smoke ,smoke outside , driveway for 2 cars ,2 couches in shared living room ,I would just ask that u don’t get a lot of visitors , move in when u want , first month upfront that’s it !

I live alone ,2 br ,internet in the house ,I’ll pay the utilities , I live and let live , I love to laugh .it’s really simple , a vacant room in a 55 and older community ,very spacious with ur own shower and vanity sink
