I’m looking for a temporary or short term roommate with possibilities of long term depending on my circumstances at the time. I could move out of state in a year and sell. The monthly price includes all utilities and a street parking space. One room is lightly furnished and the second room is empty with a walk in closet. Common areas is open for use . We do have a pool table for use and two large common areas as well as kitchen. Two fridges for your own space and extra storage space in shed if needed.
