About the room: this room is south facing and gets a ton of natural light during the day. It’s a large bedroom with a bathroom directly across (2 steps away) You also get:

I am looking for someone in their mid 20s-30s to share this space with me! Ideally no pets but would be willing to discuss. All genders welcome to apply :)

Rent: $1,500 monthly Utilities ~$100 monthly

The room is currently being used as an office but all furniture will be removed before move in. Anything you’d like to keep in the room (besides the desk and chair) is fine with me :) this would include the tv, tv stand, futon, rug, cabinet, and wall art.

Room can be available immediately in February but I am flexible for a later move in date.

You would just be sharing the condo with me :) I am 27 and an incoming graduate student at USC for Marriage and Family Therapy- I will be starting in June. I am super friendly and outgoing, but also like my “me” time- laying on the couch with a blanket and a good tv show. I’d love to become friends with whoever moves in but if you’re not into that that’s totally ok!
